Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All our earrings are handmade and individually crafted. Please ensure when you make your selection, you do with care as we cannot accept any returns for refund or exchange if you change your mind.

Variance in colour and design

Please note batches of each design are made at one time. The image shown for the product might vary slightly to the product you receive. There is natural variance in batches being handmade.

Flash photography and different lighting may also show a variance in colour to the product you receive.
